Core 2 Duo 6320 Clocks

Anyone got one of these, I can get 3.02GHz from mine 430 X 7, running at 35 idle, got a Gigabyte 965 Mobo forget the model, will post it later and a Zalman Fatal1ty CPU cooler, DDR2 800 1GB RAM, I think this is the limit for my CPU, if it was a6420 it would be 3.4GHz, so seems fine, im happy anyway more than 1100MHz more for free :)

The general thought is to stay under 1.5v for air cooling, 1.6v for good water, and whatever makes you happy with extreme cooling (but probably under 1.7-1.8v is good).
