flash to gif converter

i just made this little flash thing hoping it would work as my avatar but alas it wouldn't. does anyone know if there is any way to change it to a gif so it will work?

if so, can any of you avatar pros do it for me? should i post this in the avatar thread?

nope i can't do that. the program i made it with only lets me save it as an swf file.

ewwww coffecup......blaaaahh...seriously...i don't think there's a way to make the .swf an .fla, but i could try mimicking what u did by reading the actions, but i would need the pics..not sure i can extract them from the swf....are they links??? if so, post 'em and i'll try to make the copy as close to the original...in gif format of course... once again... i'll try.. :) happy dayz happy daze
