BF2 memory error

Ever since I have installed vista, I get a memory error that interupts bf2 after about an hour of gameplay. I heard that it might be due to a virtual memory problem. Any suggestions?

if it helps i get this message: memory.dll: all alloc attempts failed for size 1048576

just did a search with " bf2 memory.dll error" and I got plenty of links to forums that delt with it...didn't read any but some quick scans say it's not that hard to fix(in theory)

ya ive done that too and thats why i turned to oc. Most of the forums talk about testing memory, fragmenting, virus scans etc. None of which are causing the prob. But I think I will reinstall again and see if that helps

turn down your OC, the BF serie is sometimes unstable at high OC even it your OC is prime95/memtest stable. I used to get various errors from BF2, special ops and bf2142 untill I lowered my oc 50mhz. Try stock speed to see if it resolved your problem...
