fahmon p2604 2 frames?

Is there any way to edit fahmon p2604 to read the correct amount of frames?

yes. save stanfords psummary.html on the fahmon machine. Edit the frames in the local copy.

there is an advanced setting in fahmon that lets you select the source of the update so point it at the local edited copy of psummary. Make sure it has an .html extension.

after pointing to local copy, just run the download new projects from the fahmon tab.

after you run it, you prolly want to change advanced setting back to the live psummary at stanford so it will pick up new projects.

Since you're going to be getting p2604 on a regular basis (or so we all hope), you may as well leave FAHmon configured to use the local file. When one of your instances has no protien info due to a new WU, download psummary and edit it again.
