I have a1200 AXIA Y it seems to be decent for overclocking its running @1.85v with a 20% oveclock pretty nice. I hear the number chip dont go as high on the average but you'll just have to test it to find out for sure. I have duron number it overclocks awesome so...

Yes all cpu's over 1gig are unlocked.I have a week 17 1.2 AXIA Y that hits 1575 with air and a week 12 AXIA Y that does about the same.

Good luck with your new CPU. I have one with the same stepping, from what I've seen they can be overclocked to around 1450MHz @1.85V.
