Ok, lets start explaining this:
I purchased TDU online awhile back, installed and registered no problems. I also registered this on my laptop since I game on it often. Recently, my Windows install (on my desktop) was acting up and it was time for a re-install. Upon reformatting and re-installing all my programs, I wanted to fire up TDU and relax. It came up with the registration windows (remember, bought it online), and it asks for the key. I put it in, it contacts the servers and tells me I've activated too many times.
First thing I do is check Atari and Digital River's site to find a number I can call to get this problem resolved (like with Windows registration). I find none. I also learn that the only way that I can talk to either of them is through e-mail. I have no problem with this, I sent out the email over a week ago (sent April 16) and have only received a confirmation email a week after I submitted it. As of now, I have no email from them, I've checked filters and auto sorters in Outlook and our Barracuda system. I have submitted another request asking about the status of the previous ticket and asked why I have not been able to talk to someone.
Here is the first email I got:

So, what do I need to do to get this game registered?! I knew I should have bought the one in the stores...:mad::mad:
Let me say, as of now, I am VERY disappointed with Atari Customer Support...
