Dudes what program do you suggest to overclock V3?
Is V3Tweaker a good one?

And if anyone know: in bios there is a control about AGP mem something.. do you know what is it?

yah, there's a Reserve AGP Memory choice- it picks how much RAM you want to let your vid card use for textures. But, Voodoo3s don't actually use this feature, so you can leave it at zero or whatever the lowest choice is. Or pick the largest choice, it won't make a difference.
