I think thats techinically a P182, Antec was shipping those in the 180 boxes, but the originial 180 didn't have tubing holes in the back, nor holes for wire routing.

Are those thermaltake smart case fan 2's?

If they are, I pity your ears :(

Ahh, good. The SCF2's were orange so I jumped to conclusions :)

The cable management cuts are looking good m8! Whats going in your loop cpu/gpu? Its a tight fit inside that case, but you have freed up lots of space already. Keeps the pics comeing...

I have apogee, mcw30, mcw60 blocks for the cpu, gpu, and northbridge but this is not a new setup I had same in a different case except with smaller rad and different fans. temps were 36-42c for cpu and 35-40c for gpu depending on load.

I am curious as well....

Same... have the same case, and didn't go down this route because I assumed with heat rising and all, the top was a bad place to mount the rad. Interested in temps though, from old setup to this beast!

Are you going to have enough intake fans? That's 4 exhaust and 2 intake, 5 exhaust and 2 intake if you include the PSU fan.

My psu has 2 fans and there is 6 fans on radiator so that a total of 11 fans. Here is my thinking about having a top mount radiator if your watercooling cpu, gpu and northbridge it is actually do 2 things it's removing the heat from the hotter components with the water and the fans are cooling water down and at same time increasing airflow thru case so I would think case should be no warmer than room temp.

I got as far as installing MB and watercooling is up and running. the cpu temp is 26c in bios. I think the rear fan may work better blowing in

Better be careful, or you might end up developing a demand for a range of fancy wooden shrouds for us peeps with P180's!

Hangin out for the pic's bro.

At first I thought all of the orange fans were Nexus as well, which would have amounted to a ton of money spent on fans. How do the YLs compare to the Nexus fans in terms of noise?

Are the Nexus not re badge YLs?
Sure i read that somewhere..

Very nice looking case, one of the classier wc case jobs I've seen. I am getting jelous looking at my POS case, looks like I might need to upgrade after seeing this project.

Nexus and Yate Loon have the same manufacturer. The Nexus D12SL and the YL D12SL are the same fan, but the fans with the Nexus sticker have been selected for their superior noise character compared to their YL counterparts.

Additionally, the Nexus version of this fan runs at 1000RPM at full speed, whereas the YL version runs at 1350RPM.

Subbing to this. I'm possibly interested in getting water into my P180 (yours is a P182 though due to the water holes in the back).

Looking at your setup curious to what the future will bring because I'd love to move my HDD's up to the mid bay but my video cards power cable is in the way currently til I upgrade to a newer card. Besides that my 5 1/4" 3 of the 4 of mine are used. Ah thinking, thanks for the pictures, its giving me idea's which is either good or bad :)

well if can't move the harddrives to middle why not just move pump. I'm actually getting alot of airflow through the case. cpu temps under load at default are 36c but if I slow fans down to silent and setting pump to 1 the loudest thing is still the pump and temp is only 41c or I can turn fan and pump up and get 42c under load with opteron 165 @ 2623 vcore 1.46

I decided next I want to make front cover for very top 5 1/4 bay so air can go thru but filtered

atleast the bloodstains are on the floor and not the case. Did you have to hide a body or just sharp edges? :) nice job

Those aren't blood stains but they do look likem. The small ones are from when the roof was redone the larger one from my brother doing a burn out with a riding lawn mower. I think he has seen the movie the waterboy a few too many times.
