I think you PSU is either week and pushed to it's limit. I have a Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W (SP-500). This weekend I tried using a third SATA drive (WD250GB SATA) and I started getting restart from the pre-window BIOS screens. So I unhooked the 250GB drive and just had the two Raptors. Now Window just shutdown (under load) and wouldn't reboot. I unhook the second Raptor and it booted. Does it sound like my PSU is going?
Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W (SP-500) specs.

Shawn,
Check out these threads and do a quick check by looking at your capacitors.

Shawn,
It doesn't mean your PS is bad, it's just a quick and easy check so you know how to proceed. I've been down this road before twice with two Antec TP 480s, drove me crazy until one of the guys here suggested checking the caps. Both PS were relatively new. The new power supply in my sig fixed the whole issue.
