4 x 512mb PC3700

Hi been upgrading my system on the cheap...
I have a Abit IC7 and have been offered at a cost 4 x 512mb PC3700
Now im a real noob so would these be ok for the board.. As i was told you need these type Ram for the board ??

BOth are ddr1 so i don't see a problem with it.
