Nice idea Cy, was that 2 new Members daily;) .Since you started this rolling, I pledge to have my old PII 350 up and running by the end of January. That's after I get the all important XP in this machine. Also I will pester The Dataman (One of my neighbours) until he joins the Team.:cool:

I pledge to see if my P-100 is stable (un-corrupt WUs) at 133 by Jan. 1. Let's just hope that it is... I need all the WUs I can get!!

Not too bad - I upgraded 6 boxes to XP 2000's, plus added two new P4 boxes - one at 2.8GHz and one at 2.4.

Last week I tried to recruit a guy from my SETI "class" (you know, the Berkeley thing that shows when you started). 8000+ work units. Dropped him a mail, told him to stop in and say Hi. :)

I meant to post it earlier, but forgot. Seems like that could be a good recruitment tool. The "class" thing, I mean. Look for website links, check them out, and pounce on 'em. ;)

Thanks to the benchmark WU, I now know that it is stable at 133, and is a viable crunching option.... Once I get my lended vid card back, and I give it some WUs :rolleyes:

Ok, I think my end of the pledge is fulfilled.

Just added a P3-800@992, and a P3-667@750 running SETI 24/7.

Now that my KVM and 5-port hub are full...
Its time to start window shopping for parts, and try to get 2 more crunchers on the team.

OK, I have not reached my pledge yet but I got pretty close. I have increased my daily output more than 5 units per day so that is kewl. But, I have only recruited one new member since then so I am short one. I do have one guy on the hook but no idea when/if he might come on board. He is nearing 3000w/u very quickly and just turned on a new Athlon 1.4 as well.

So I will continue to search for another recruit to fulfill my Pledge and begin forming a new one to work on! :D

Got my 5 daily WU's pledge covered. :)

Working on another 2 spare PC's from spare parts.
Still need a larger hub. I'm doing the manual network cable connect twice a week, to offload WU's.

Now, looks like I need to start upgrading my systems one at a time to Dually's. The first one is in the works now...
