Vista 7900 Drivers not responding

Whenever I am playing WoW my graphics drivers stop responding. The screen goes black for about 5 seconds and then the game comes back with a slower frame rate. I have updated the drivers and this is my third package in just over 2 weeks. Anyone have any idea how to fix it other than wait until nVidia gets a stable build out?

What drivers are you using? I just started having the same issue with the WHQL 158.18's on my 7950GX2 in WoW, all the beta drivers have been fine :mad:

Gonna try the beta 158.24's on nvzone...will post results.

EDIT: 158.24's no love...now everything is artifacting/crashing the NV display driver.... have to say this is the first time i've had any nvidia driver issues...welll...issues where the drivers didnt work anyways

I am using 158.18. Had the problem with the past two versions though. BOOO nVidia!
