If I have the choice between running my system at 1:1 with memory at 800mhz or running it at 2:3 with my memory at 1000mhz, which should I go with?

I know most people consider 1:1 to be the best setting, but since the memory would be operating at 1000mhz with 2:3 ratio, wouldn't I be getting more memory bandwidth with that setting?

If you do video/audio de/recoding and stuff along those lines, it'll make some difference, most other programs wont make much of a difference... although, if you can run it at 2:3 with the same latency as 1:1 then I would say go for it!
