I was looking on newegg.com and they list the OEM 8500 LE 64 Mb DDR as having a 230 Mhz core speed. Is this just a misprint? I thought it was 250 for the OEMs.

it is because it is the "LE" version.

The oem 8500 is 250 mhz. Retail is 275.
