Is it ok to put a copper water block directly ontop of this CPU. Or should I do something to the chip, or put something between it?
And also, if I can put the water block on it, can I also put some thermal grease between the two??

As long as the core is higher than teh other stuff on there you would be just fine. :)
First, get rid of that sticker. Use a swab and some alcohol or zippo fluid to get the sticker gum off.
Apply your 'goo' of choice in a thin coat on the waterblock in a small area to match where the die is. I use a razor blade or my driver's lisence to smooth it out nice and thin. You want it to look like paint...not plaster, not a foggy film.
Attach the block, and enjoy your handywork!
It's a good idea to boot into bios, so you can check your temp faster than waiting for windoze to load. If it's too high, shutdown fast and readjust to make sure the block is on flat with the processor.

I've heard reports of 3.5x83 3.5x95 and 3.5x100 with extreme cooling with P200-233 MMXs.

Well I'm doin a School Science Project. (I'm currently in 10th grade)
And I got the Tech Dept. at my school to donate one.
This way I don;t have to orry about ruinin one of my systems.
The Chip is 200.
I'm doing Radiator Cooling Vs. Bong Cooling.
And my results is going to be measured by how much I can overclock the bad boy.
So how far do you think I'll be able to go?
And any tips for me?
I already found some resources on what to use as a mixture for my water.
advice: If you're in 10th grade, don't call it "bong cooling." "Water tower" sounds a lot better to teachers. You know what I mean, just tryin to keep you out of trouble:cool:
