Which HSF???

Right now I'm looking at 2 HSFs..

Swiftech MCX370-BLA with High Performance Delta 38CFM Fan' for $26

and

Thermalright SK6 with High Performance Delta 38 CFM Fan for $36

Which one cools better for the money?
Neither of these is on the front page so that's why i'm posting here.
