i consulted DD about a custom project and once the details were worked out and a price established i placed the order but i screwed up and gave the wrong shipping address - immediately contacted the person i had been corresponding w/ when i saw the order confirmation and asked to change the shipping address ... they had pretty much had the package ready to ship and were able to still adjust the address prior to shipping by ground the order was made mon 05/07 and ill have it tomorrow 05/10

I once ordered a BIX II, but was sent a BIX I. DD sent me the BIX II with a shipping label to return the BIX I, but I bent a few fins while packing it. I contacted DD, asked them if they'd still accept the BIX I. They said that they would, or I could purchase it from them for a reduced price. Good service, IMO.

woow purchase something you damaged with a reduced price...thats great stuff they got going on there, they also helped me alot with my BIP II when i said i didnt get screws with mine they immidietly shipped me some

I purchased a thermochill rad from Danger Den.... they sent me the RAD with NO barbs!!!

I told them and they sent me 4 barbs a week later.... they stuff up but at least they fix stuff up...

Unlike mountian mods... no service, very limmited warranty...
