I have my CPU at 3.36Ghz (E6600) with my multi at 8. My ram was at 1:1 ratio but I decided to overclock it more up to 925 instead of the 803 it was at. Is this ok or am I losing performance? I kept my timing the same also and PC is stable.

You should not lose any performance but, you won't too much either unless you clock the CPU up with it. Memory performance/bandwidth is great but, it's only worth small increases unless you increase the CPU speed too.
