what are they anyway? i'm currently running BIOS 15

when system idle the multiplier drops from 9 to 6. how do i disable this function?
I have issue after update to bios 15 from 13. when i run Orthos i can't either click any icon on the desktop. However i can open from start menu. everything works normal except the desktop. i saw those icons but couldn't click.

C1E is for idling the processor when not loaded. - disable it & it'll keep the multiplier.
Same with EIST I think.

The other, give it a try & see.
