Looking for LGA-775 layout dimensions

I am unable to locate a drawing of the layout dimensions for an LGA-775 heat sink mounting. Need the hole size and positions for the bolts thru the motherboard.

I spent the last hour googling and searching the intel website with no success.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
