Hey, I was wondering if my original Geforce256 64MB DDR card could be limiting the fsb I am reaching. My specs are in the sig, and I am rock stable at 145 fsb (I'm still locked). Windows is stable at 151 fsb, but no benchmarks or 3d games. I have posted at up to 156 fsb (just gets video and locks going into windows). If I set it to 150+ fsb in the bios and it reboots, fans spin, and everything goes as normal, but I get no video, It just sits there until I press the reset button. Then it works at that fsb. Today I just installed CS (man a 2 month break is a long time) and at 145 fsb, my fps would go back and forth between 100 fps (what it normally is all the time) and 12-20 fps. I was like 'what the heck', so I rebooted to see if that was the problem. It didn't solve it, so I lowered my fsb to 140. Booted up and everything was fine. So what the heck? I didn't think AGP cards could be the cause of fsb problems? Any input? Thanks.
