SLI overclock, freezes

Hello, i just added another 7900GS KO to my system, the 1st one i had was oc to 625/790, so when i load that profile and run the FEAR test to check the FPS it freezes, i did the test with the stock speed and it doesn't freeze...
i kinda thought it was the PSU but i checked some website and if i did it right i need a 450 w PSU and i have a 680W...so i think is not the PSU...

any ideas what is going on?

is a ASPIRE 680W...i saw on this forum a link to some newer drivers so i updated, and re-oced the cards to 610/785 and now seems to be fine...
