Subject: Saitek Eclipse 2 Keyboard Key replacement issue

Hi, I have been using your company's products for years and lately I have a
dilemma hoping you guys will be kind enough to help me replace some keys.

I was cleaning the Saitek Eclipse 2 and took out every single keys. After I was done cleaning every individual key, I had left them under a heat lamp to dry out like always. Sadly this time I had accidentally set the temperatures above average from I regularly use. Some keys were damaged and some keys are fine. I was wondering if you guys would be nice enough to replace the damaged keys. My Warranty is over however I am not sending in the keyboard, I only need the individual keys of the damaged ones.

The keys I need are: T, A , [{ , P , 6^ , G, W, N, E, K

Thank you for your time, I would like to get a response and a replacement keys.

I am a long time customer

I can say that the US support is also very good. I've had some weird bad luck with my saiteks 1's. 2 times I have had to have them replaced because the controller went bad. When I would click on a key, another letter would show up, or it would create infinite keypresses.

Well the first time I contacted them and they gave me an address to send it, and I got the replacement back in about 2 weeks round trip.

The second time I sent them an email basically saying...uhhh it's doing it again! (and on a different system). They quickly and easily said send it in and we'll replace it.

They were very nice and very quick about things. Definitely good CS in my book!
