Sound blaster X-GAMER jumper pins?

Ok there are 10 (2x5) Rows of pins they look just like the jumper pins on the mobo for front usb connections. And a big row that looks just like the jumper pins for the PWR SW RST SW etc... What are they?

Dont touch em. One of the sets could hold an IDE cable if it doesnt have a pin missing hole, and that hooks it up to an optional Sound Blaster Expansion Card, which has more audio features. THe other, just dont touch it.
