ok thanks
PunkGeek,
how long have you been folding?
Check the config file it should be in your F@H directory make sure it has your name and team#32
Check your log it should be in the same directory it should say something to the effect of : results succesfully sent.
if it does not can you post what it does say.
these are just a few things that can help us troubleshoot the problem. Fold on!!!
In your folding directory check your client.cfg, you can open it with wordpad. Just verify that the username and team number are correct if not close the file. Go to the shortcut you have for your folding client, I usually put mine in the startup folder so it starts whenever I start my comp. Now right click on the shortcut, go to properties. Within properties you will something that says target, it should look similar to this "C:\Folding\Folding 1\FAH2Console.exe" take that and add -config to the end so it looks like this "C:\Folding\Folding 1\FAH2Console.exe" -config click apply, click ok. Now start it up again and it should ask you for all the above information. I have noticed the new client defaults to Anonymous. Once you have filled out the config process properly change the target line back and you should be all done.
J - Hope this helps you!
Thanks SpeeDJ,
I was a little unclear about the file name. you could also save the link and rename it config so next time you update then you would already have the shortcut.
If you are using the graphical version then just right click on the icon in the tray and click on config.

ThePunkGeek,
I talked to kendan, and he had an idea...
Did you comple 3 work units, or 3/100 of a work unit? The 100 frame work units can go slow at times, so that may be it...
Btw, thanks for folding, we really appreciate it! :)

ok thanks ya its all set right but ive only been on it for around 2 hours ill let you go and look tommrow
Please note that your directories may not also be the same as mine, I tend to run two of the clients at a time per my machines so that is why the Folding 1 Directory. Again please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

I think we have a handle on this...
I think this is a good example of how the folding team is supportive of its new members...
fold on! :)
