Gothic 4 confirmed

Apparently Gothic 4 has been confirmed already but the company behind the other 3 Gothic games, Piranha Bytes, is not going to make this one. What are your opinions on this? Maybe Bethesda will pick up another rpg :p

Gothic 3 had a teeny bit of hype, but once the video of people getting mauled by boars went around...I'm surprised they didn't can the series.

When I bought dungeon lords, I thought I had picked up the buggiest crap rpg ever. Then I bought gothic 3. Supposedely a major patch is coming out for it, however it would take a lot to make me invest in the series again.

When I first picked up Gothic 1 I never heard of the game and loved it. Gothic 2 was the best out of the 3. Gothic 3 was a bit of a let down, the bugs got on my nerves quick.

Chances are I will get the fourth the week it comes out. Hopefully whom ever is making it will go a great job and up the over all games experience.

Personal I love to see what Rock star could do with the game. Just please don't say it is EA.

The small hardcore RPG crowd that is left. I tried Gothic2 since it was cheap, but the controls were what turned me off completely. And thinking Gothic3 might improve, the reviews said otherwise.

I really need to get Oblivion one of these days.....

Well the good thing with EA, is that only certain parts of their company is what sucks, so I dont instantly despair if EA picks up a game. I just get grumpy :P

Gothic 3 had so many bugs, IF the game was as cleanly made as Oblivion I think It would have been better, I prefer the game style of Gothic to that of Oblivion, I often am finding my self just wondering in the fields in Oblivion not really sure what I should be doing next. that was never the case with Gothic3

good thing the company who made the 3rd one isnt doing the 4th haha, but they got fired haha, yay hopefuly no bugs.
