What does a traceroute say?
Run this command below in a command prompt and post the results here:
tracert -d golfsmith.com
Your results should look something like this:
[Tank] C:\Tank$ tracert -d golfsmith.com
Tracing route to golfsmith.com [168.215.175.5]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

I ran the command and then it disappeared so I could not copy it, but 13-30 timed out. I have two computers in my home. If I run traceroute from my router to golfsmith I get the same result. Router can't find it either. I called charter my ISP "we don't block any websites." I have emails from where I have ordered in the past saved, and try acces the site from them with no luck.

Go to start -> run and type the word 'cmd' (minus quotes) and that will give you a command prompt.
Re-run the command I gave you:
tracert -d golfsmith.com
We need to see the results so we know where the communication is being dropped.

On XP you highlight the text, right click, and select Copy, if I recall correctly. The output'll look something like this (this was done on my Linux box, but you'll still get the point). You'll be typing tracert instead of /usr/sbin/traceroute (only Microsoft could rename it in a useless way).
doug@piper ~ $ /usr/sbin/traceroute golfsmith.com
traceroute to www.golfsmith.com (168.215.175.5), 30 hops max, 46 byte packets

The entries marked <deleted> were done so for pure paranoia purposes, but they should be machines somewhere on your ISP's network.
The entries marked with "*" indicate that traceroute didn't get a response -- probably the end of the line. The "-d" option will enable socket-level debugging for lots of gory details.

Uhhh, you can copy and paste out of a command-line window...no need for a screenshot.

Just checked with my browser. No issues here.
Are you sure you don't have a browser issue?

Perhaps. Or there's a name resolution problem at his ISP? Quite mysterious.

If you want a complete how-to on removing spyware (if you find out it is indeed spyware), you can use this thread:

I can't on eiher computer in my house.I feel stupid, but I just realized that you have tried two computers with the same result. See if a neighbor can access the site. That will help you eliminate either something on your end, or your ISP.

Maybe it's a window problem. Maybe the LMhost file is corrupt(?)
