1366 x 768 Resolution (16:9 Aspect Ratio)
If you use it as a monitor that resolution is nothing to brag about.
How much is a tuner?

If you have digital cable you are gonna use the tuner provided by your subscriber anyway. If you dont have digital just use a vcr or dvd recorder as the tuner
This means the 327V displays everything high-definition digital TV and widescreen movies (up to 1080i resolution), standard analog TV, action sports, video games, and home videos with stunningly crisp, rich and vibrant imagery. The 327V can even double as a computer display with support for resolutions up to 1360 x 768 through HDMI and VGA.
Are we sure there's no tuner?
I have a 27" Westinghouse in the living room hooked to my HTPC. Displays at 1280x720 and looks fine for PC use. The slightly higher resolution is a plus, not a handicap here. 1920x1200 would be impossible to see from any great distance on a 27". This tells me that they intend this to primarily be used as a TV and NOT a PC display.

That res seems odd to me...as I cant think of a game where I've seen it supported at all.

That's a popular LCD resolution for "720p" LCDs.
