Someone know why my sound gets messed up when I OC ? .. It´s a SB Live! Platinum 5.1
it sound terrible when I change FSB from 100 to 110 ...
Can I do anything about this ?? .. Plz hlp ..

well not too familiiar, with the card. But i think they answeris in teh question, it just dont stand overclocking very well. It's a luck of the draw when using PCi cards. Some OC well some don't. Try a generic Sound Card and see if the same thing happens. What happens does get scratcy, or what

I used to get that scratchy sound too. Try getting the latest Via 4 in 1 download and try that since you are using a VIA 133. It works for some people.

Are you using the A7V or the A7V133? If it is the first one then you won't be able to overclock the FSB much at all without serious instablility.
