i hav ethe ati radeon 8500 and would like to over clock it.. what program do i use?
or how?
i would like to give it a bit of a boost ...any ideas?

I think Rivatuner works, I think www.rage3d.com will have what your looking for.

I believe it's called Unituner now just in case you do a search on google and can't find it.
I would just use Powerstrip for now and wait a while until the Radeon based overclocking programs can sort out their bugs. I used the Radeon Tweaker for my Radeon LE and it worked great but I don't think it is ready for my 8500.
I used PS at first when I benchmarked my card but since then I don't see the need to o/c it.

Powerstrip is a great utility to overclock a Radeon or Nvidea based card.
The reason I suggest Powerstrip over the others is its pretty simple to use.
