In your opinion, which do you think is better a MCXC-370 (has a copper instead of Al base) with the stock papset fan, or a PAL 8045 with a Mechatronics 53CFM Fan? Thanks.

for the money and weight issues ... I would go with the PAL myself.

I totally agree with jbell, the Pal8045 is absolutly the way to go.
