Intel Benching Bootable Software?

Hello People,

I was wondering if there is any bootable image or softwares so I can test OCs before loading vista?

I just want to make sure my vista install does not get messed up when I start playing with the ram settings. Maybe a Linux LiveCD would be a good marker to use...anyone have any ideas. It seems everyone bench's in windows...

I dont want to install another copy of the OS and my system is pretty neat and I dont want to mess it up in anyway.

Install VISTA at stock speed, activate it, then create an image copy. Then OC all you want without fear of corruption because you can always restore to the good image copy.
