Need a TV-Out video card...seeking advice

I am looking into upgrading my video card to a solution with TV-Out so I can watch DVDs on my TV. I am on a bit of a budget and looking to spend $80-$120. I have come across a few cards that have peaked my interest:

GeForce2 TI/450 $108 on pricewatch
GeForce2 MX400 $63+
Radeon VE 64mb DDR $67+
Radeon 7500 $102+
Radeon 7000 $49+

I was thinking the Radeon VE, but I have yet to see a review for the 64mb ddr version. It is made by powermagic. Any advice on which I should pick?

probably the 7500, it's got the most power in that list and though it is the most expensive it's probably the best deal....will last you the longest too...
