I'm about to buy the PC6400 OCZ reapers.... supposedly are micron D9, but somebody knows if it is true?

These things are cool...I like the looks alot. The only thing that kept me from buying them is the high (2.3 - 2.4) voltage required to get them to their specs. But that was on the PC2 8500 modules, maybe the 6400's aren't so high

It just says 2.0V, but the single reviewer on NE said he got them to 1100...

Thar you go.

Loosening up the timings one last time, 5-5-5-15-2T got us to DDR2-1067, once more at 2.2V. Had we tried and boosted the voltage outside of OCZ's warrantied specs, we're sure we could have gotten a bit more out of the kit, but in all honesty, results this good, while keeping your product under warranty, is quite impressive.

They could be Micron D9's still, they could also be promos, as I know corsair has switched to in their 6400 lines.

Best way is to head over to the xs forums and ask the ocz rep what they are :D
