What is a good HSF that will fit this board? I am going to get some artic silver II on it, and I am running a T-bird 1.4 Ghz. Thanks for the help, and try not to make it a super expensive one, on a teenagers budget!!!

Get an SK6. This is one of the best out there and will fit mo prob. The AK-31's have issues with the "bolt on" HSF's.

Uh, no. I have a Maze2 waterblock which fits on my AK31 rev 3.1 with no problems. There is plenty of room around the CPU, I'm sure you won't have a problem fitting most heatsinks on there. I would go for the SK6 or the NoiseKiller Silverado. I would recommend the Silverado...I would have gotten one if I knew about it when I bought all the parts for my system.

I have the Alpha 8045 of which I had to mod. Very happy with the outcome though.

Millenium Glaciator, Dragon Orb3
I use a Volcano7, that I modded by removing the variable fan speed control. Now it runs at max RPM and does a decent job. I also used slicone between the fan and heatsink to reduce noise/vibration. I should've just got the Millenium Glaciator though since it rates very high in the reviews here.
All 3 of these options cost @ $25.
