Why cant I run 3dmark00 through

First let me post the system specs ;

8k7a
duron 800@1050 150x7 (stable runs toast)
crucial ddr
ATI Rage 128 pro (16-bit)

Now I have via 4.32 finals installed and direct x 8.0 but I am only running the default drivers with the vid card. I think the card is either having some software issues or the overclock is taking the wee video card out of specs.

I can use all feedback please respond.

I just had that happen last night. I could run toast but 3dmark 2000 just wouldn't finish It kept dropping out during a test. so I lowered my overclock and it ran fine.

Hmm well this setting was perfectly stable in my main rig. The video card is holding me back or maybe its the old 4Gig HDD I'm using , other then those two parts the setup is basicaly the same.
