Ok, I finally made the move to high capacity Infineon ram. Does anyone else out there have the same type of memory that I have? If so, what the highest Overclock you've gotten and what are the settings.

-Infineon 512MB PC133 CL3 (2X Sticks) = 1GB
P.S, I'm looking to fill the third and last slot on my motherboard to give me a total of 1.5GB of ram, will it be worth the jump? I do play lots of total annihilation, Quake3, Aquanox and run a bunch of crap in the background.
