Yeah, I posted that newegg deal a few days ago. Decent price of a good pair of sticks. Hitting 500MHz is easy and some guys have hit 600MHz+ with 5-5-5-x timings.

Beauty, they say, is in the eyes of the beholder. I tend to find ram that performs like these to be very beautiful. :D


By the way, for what its worth, there is a thread started at XS which links to a post by the Admin over at NCIX forums (tied in to online store), stating that memory prices have risen 30-40% in the last few days and that their pricing is going up.

Might want to monitor this to see if it shows up across the board or if this reseller is trying to pump up sales with a little scare.
