While running F@H and listening to music and surfing the web my temps are 38- 39C. Are these good temps for the fan I'm using ( look at sig ). I only have three 80mm fans or in take and one 80mm on exhaust.

Onboard sensor are inaccurate so without a probe in there touching your core its hard to say...My epox boards both show temps that are 10C to low but the temps luxuate and some times they are only 1 or 2 degrees off so like I said its hard to say. You are definetly not overheating even if yo add ten degrees to those figures so nothing to worry about.

Cool thanks. I'll see about getting one of those heat sensors these week. Oh yea one more thing the heat in my house is at about 74-76F if that helps.

With the big swifty and an ambient temp of 74 your calibration is not off by much. My Tbird 1.4 at default voltage using the MCX370-0A idles at 39C and folds at 44C. This is read using Sandra and MBM 5.1.

Well I just got home from work and I just started folding this morning before I left.I was expecting to see my pc crashed because im pushing it pretty hard (1.4@1.58) but it was fine and my temp was only 32c measured with a digi doc5.It is watercooled and I was kinda worried as this is the first time I have left it on that long unattended but all looks ok so im not turning this thing off until it crashes:D

I use the internet version of RAM OPTIMIZER. ramoptimizer.com/optimizer_always.html. This info is for those who have their systems on 24/7. This problem does not exist on my Rambus machine. I know I went off subject but this seemed like a good point to share that experience.

I just checked my virtual paging and I am dipping into it pretty good, maybe I should look into that ram optimizer.Im only running 256mb ddr though so I expected it.
