Can't go wrong with a Thermalright SK-6 heatsink, especially for Duron.
The memory is ok, I would suggest 256 or 512 if you can afford it.
Enlight case, I hate them. My dad has one as his primary workstation, the case is a POS, both in design and cooling. I would suggest an Antec/Chieftec or Enermax or Inwin case.
The 300W PSU is fine for that Duron
The HDD is fine.
Thermaltake.. Thermalfake really. They are unnecessary, if they are the ones that go on your vid card, not worth it, stock sinks still perform about the same. If they are RAMsinks for your DDR system memory, again uneeded. DDR system memory does not get hot enough to require heatsinks.
GeForce 2, yes the performance is that much better.

I would suggest you get a 256MB RAM, it's not that much more expensive and worth it imo.
As far as the video card, it depends if you play and 3d games or not.

i have that enlight case you mentioned and it works great for my system....and you say is has bad cooling...look at my specs down there...they are pretty good. yes get at least 256 of ram.....and its not much more to just get the 64mb geforce 2 pro, since the pro is much better than the gts. its like $20 more but if you dont plan on doing any incredibly graphics-demanding games then the 32mb gts would be find

It is good for your first computer, and if you are going to overclock it for the first time you made a wise decision. Why? Because the Durons are relativaly cheap, so if you fry it you won't feel so bad. You only learn through breaking stuff :)

How about a 900 or 950 instead? The prices of those Duron are falling and the difference between 800-950 are little.
128mb right now is too small and not enough to utilize whats being put on the market so I would recommend a 256 minimum.
You should get a full tower(could even be generic doesn't need to be branded) instead and the case flow is not looking good... 1 Internal case fan is not good.. I'd recommend 3-5 because you need at least 300cfm of air flow in that case so you'll need to mod alot if your going to overclock.
WD - 20gig its ok but I find lots of users have problems overclocking with WD but it should do just fine.
ThermalTake Cooling Kit: No need for that
Video card: It'll vary on what you do if you are a light gamer and stay on the desktop 3/4 of the time and game 1/4 then the Radeon 32DDR will do good if you spend lots of time on gaming and you want a card that'll last Radeon 7500..
if you dont gave than the TNT2 is good.
I'm not farmiliar with your mobo and its attributes towards overclocking so I wouldn't know what kind of heatsink to recommend but SK6 Would be a good one or a Glaciator II.

I have the evercase mentioned above... used it for my girlfriend's budget computer. Very good case. You can put the HDD down low right in front of the front intake fan. CPU ok. I used a T-bird 1000MHz in my 1st home-built. Quality Heat sink will be at least $25 (using a Volcano 7). Get 256 MB Ram, crucial is very good. Go for the Geforce2 Mx 400 64 MB if you're gonna do a lot of 3d gaming. I think that's pretty much the standard now.

Deadhead, are you sure you have an addtronics motherboard? I can find addtronics cases but not motherboards. What motherboard you have may influence the recommendations for your system.

Looks great! Hope you get it up and working, and OC'd soon!
Quick recommendations:
Get MBM5 & Sisfot Sandra for good benchmarking. That way you can test your system stability and compare benchmark scores with ppl in these forums.
1st upgrade should be another 128MB ram.

Please don't tell me your signature is your new rig!
Because Amptron are bad overclocking boards that doesn't even have FSB optiions I believe and it's not good for utilizin the whole chip so its going to feel your on a 600-650mhz.
