I ahve just ordered a new 7900GS KO Video card. It has DVI Inputs. Currently I am using a Dell 17-inch LCD with an 8ms response time and only VGA inputs. I mainly play World of Warcraft and Battlefield. I also have another DEll 17-inch LCD with a 12ms reesponse time but has DVI inputs. I know DVI gives a better connection and clarity to the graphics. Would it be better to replace the VGA only monitor (8ms response) with the DVI input one (12ms response), even though teh DVI monitor has a 4ms slower response time or should I just use a VGA adapter on the video card and keep using the VGA only monitor. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks. You will never notice the difference between 8 and 12 ms. Use DVI if you got it.

Well on some monitors VGA and DVI quality are just about the same. Chances are if you have no issues now, then when your new card comes, leave it the way it is. You want the newer panel with the faster response time as your main monitor. DVI normally helps in your daily tasks. Main differences is text can be a bit sharper, and when doing photo editing, colors might be a bit more accurate, but in general there will be little to no difference in your case.

Probably, but I'd still go with the DVI as my main monitor. VGA as your 2nd monitor will do ok for now ;)
