Duron Bridges

Anyone know how to change the clock speed by using the bridges. My motherboard the ECS K7VMA won't let me change it on the board. Only the FSB in the bios. I can only get it to 900 mhz stable and about 34 degress full load. Oh the chips is the Duron 800.
