Sony Vaio AR-290G (Blu-Ray)

Some guy is selling a Sony Vaio VGN-AR290G for 620 bucks, specs are

t7200
2GB 1GBx2 (533 MHZ)
200GB hard drive
17" 1440x900 XBRITE
7600 GT 256MB
Blu-Ray

I'm probably gonna buy it just because its such a good deal, I might end up just selling it on ebay for $1000 after I buy it.

What does everyone think?

Would it be worth it to up the RAM to 667 or would that be too pricey for the performance boost?

uhm i'd deff get 667 ram ... i mean my lappy has it and i'm moving to 800

I don't think you would see that much of a performance gain from upping the memory.

but he's not keeping it he's selling it ..... and to most buyers all they see is 667 and all they know is 667 is bigger than 533
