View Full Version : Code on 1GHZ Tbird
I just received a replacement cpu from AMD for my 1ghz TBird that died on me back in may. I was looking at the chip and its code and its got a code on it that I have never seen before. The code is: DYHJA. Would any body be able to shed some daylight on this code and maybe give me a heads up on how well it will do overclocking it. Thanks for the help!

Never saw or heard about this stepping... What week is it? could it be a new one? Is it a letter or a # (3rd line, 1st char)?
Try to overclock it and see what happens... Keep us posted.
Here is the all the info off the core:
A1000AMT3B
DYHJA0131VPAW
96818550097
Also the chip is not unlocked. Guess I will be getting out the conductive ink. Thanks for the help!
Very interesting! Keep us updated.:)
