usps = cheap?

Forgot to seal my package cuz i was in a rush. And they don't even provide me with tape? i go to ups store they will give you free peanut cheaps, tape, and boxes, What kind of service cheap service are they trying to pull. (edited myself, my last comment was to nasty =P) Cost them about 10cents or less to give me tape and i sent 19 bucks on shipping what cheap people..... So i had to go next door get a role of tape for 4 dollars !!!! and then send my package.

is it me or is ups always perfect for me? i know in that smashed package poll ups gets the most smashed packages, but never had one problem with them. Sure there 2-3 dollars more expensive, but isn't that worth no hassle?.

first off, they are a government organization, you don't get handouts like that.

secondly, ups would never give you tape packing peanuts or anything like that.

the ups store isn't really ups. it used to be called mailboxes ect, but i believe they made a deal with ups. ever wonder why you can ship fedex, at the ups store? hehe

no tape?they ALWAYS offer to let me use their tape at the local post office...find a dif po id say.not offering to let you use their tape is ridiculous.

yeah, it must just be your post office. mine always offers about anything i need (not always free) but then again the worker there is usually my friends mom lol.

ive had a lady deny me tape usage at my local post office, i got pretty mad so now i just make them even madder. i order priority flat rate boxes from them online for free and priority stickers. i send stuff out in flat rate boxes, but cover the flat rate stickers with priority mail stickers and pay the regular rate. they cant do anything about it and it puts a smile on my face every time :)

I bet they don't even care. that just mixes up your own orderes. and caues more problems for you.

I just ordered a whole bunch of boxes and stuff from usps.com. ill have everything more professional looking now =). I gotta see if M$ word has the option to print on those labels. =)

yup...UPS Stores are a franchise. Don't expect them all to be the same and expect stupid things depending on the management.
