Well, just by looking at people's signatures it seems that the majority of the new higher quality drives (maxtor, seagate, western digital, etc) hold up pretty well and probably won't matter much unless you start kicking that FSB over 150+.
If you have older drivers (for instance my seagate 13gig that I am using currently) you may want to try to keep the FSB a little lower until you upgrade. Running at 146 FSB scrambled my HD a while ago and it was no fun at all...
But I'm sure theres probably someone out there that might know of some problematic drives or more about the capability of HD's to withstand high FSB speeds.

If I were u I would stay away from WD HDDs... I don't know about the newest ones, but I did hear they have internal issues...
I know ppl w/ dead WD HDDs and the dead HDDs number combined is about 7-8 HDDs two of 'em are my.. I have a WD 4.3Gig, that I think is already dieing....
I will not purchase any HDD from WD anymore...
