Getting 80GB D740X ATA133 Maxtor Hard Drive Saturday, Any Last Opinions?

Ok, before I blow $309.99 CA ($331.69 after GST) on this monster, I want to get some final quick thoughts about my decision. I'm going from a 7GB 5400rpm Maxtor to this monster for those of you wondering.

p.s, I plan to add one more in about six months and form a RAID0 format.

Yes in my opinion you should buy two. Box them both up and send them to me.

As long as you get a controller that allows more than 128GB of space you'll be fine. Think they did away with that barrier on the new HPT372 chipset and I don't know what Promise's limit is.

Be a nice setup though.
