It's easy to add another block to the loop. All you have to do is connect it like you would anything else. Nothing special.

I learned from my first build to always leave room for upgrades. I originally bought the Apex Ultra Kit from Jab-tech for $219 w/ free shipping and a mcw60 for my 8800GTS. I was not to pleased with temperatures, so I moved from a 220 radiator to a 320 radiator and could not be happier. Whatever you do, leave room for upgrades and better to go higher end for longevity. Also get extra tubing just in case you need it.
I reccomend:
Apogee GT or Dtec-Fuzion CPU Block
MCR320 Radiator
MCR60 GPU Block
Swiftech Micro Reservoir
D5 or Petrastechshop.com DDC2 w/top
10' of 7/16 tubing

Thats almost the exact setup i have, but im just confused. RAD to the CPU, now the hot tube from the cpu to the GPU back to the pump?

There really won't be a "hot" tube. Since the liquid is moving so fast it reaches a point of equilibrium in its temperature so it doesn't really matter.
