Output problem

hey
im having problems with my front left speaker of my 5.1 Hercules XPS 5.100 speakers using a Creative Audigy (standard, 1st one i think)

basically i turned everything down, and tested the outputs
its all muffled

i plugged the front left into the rear left, right, centre and front right sockets of the subwoofer - works fine

ive had problems with my left side speakers previously

(at the moment, im only using front left, right and centre. the rear speakers are packed away, no space :santa: )

Try another sound card, your's could be toast.

ahh i just tested the front left socket on the subwoofer - that seems to be the problem

i tried the other speaker plugs in different sockets and definately the front left socket is muffled or something
