What the lowest the 5V should go to? Is 4.87ok?

Mines drops to 4.87 @ 1.85VCore and is 4.95@ 1.75VCore I have about 20Case Fans inluding 4 Deltas and I found when I took em off it was lower!!!!

ALso I found by putting diff fans on dif cables it makes it higher, its weird as its stable but i havent got my 8500 yet or my new (Feb) 2200+ and they will use more power than my Current CPU and 4mb card (64MB MX=f****d) I have a 400Watt PSU.

Cheers

from what a few tech support places have told me is as long as your voltages are within -5% or +5% of 3v, 5v, 12v then ur fine.. 4.87 sounds ok.. my antec 300watt shows 5.10~5.13 (mbm5)
if its under 4.75 i might worry..

Its just concerning as it is a 5V rail not a 4.8!!!

My VCore and all my other voltages fluctuate madly @ VCore 1.85 it goes to 1.85-1.9, my 5V rail never stabilises.

Strange though I have about 15 fans and 4Drives yet without them its even lower!!!

Its temp controlled and looks ok also P4 compatible yet it only cost $45!

i dont think it would matter to much, i heard if its low it may cuase the hardware to work harder causeing more heat tho.. not 100% on that fact.. the 300watt antec psu im useing now, gives all good 5v and 12v but the 3v is a lil low.. its all good tho..
enermax 550watt in near future!

On my T-Bird I always get about 4.88 avg. @ 1.75Vcore, and the volts are never stable...
Though on my GYRO PSU on Duron the volts are ROCK SOLID not even 1 flip!!! not even a change of 0.01V!!! the 5V rail is 4.97 @ 1.75Vcore Comp seems to be very stable so far...
